In order to keep CAPEX investments as low as possible, Thor Park provides a project manager industry 4.0 and the required machinery. The focus is on three domains:

FacThory is a project supported by the European Regional Development Fund (EFRO – project 1383) and the Flanders Innovation & Entrepreneurship (Hermes Fund). The financial support amounts to respectively 5.2mEUR and 1mEUR.
FacThory will be finalized in four stages for a total surface of 30.000m². Phase 1 will be ready by december 2023 and consist of:
